摘要
近年来,人们对于学生心理健康方面的问题愈发关注,部分媒体为博大众眼球而将一些教师教育学生的正常行为添油加醋地报道成体罚,导致大众将教育惩戒视为“洪水猛兽”。即便是在国家明确表示惩戒权入法的情况下,教师也依然不敢在实际教育教学过程中运用惩戒权,这既是对教师责任的放弃,也是对学生受教育权的损害。基于这一现状,本文对沈阳市某小学三年级的师生进行调查,以了解当下小学教师运用惩戒权的问题及其成因,并从多角度提供策略,以期惩戒权能早日落实到教师手中,真正成为教育教学管理的合理手段。
In recent years,there has been a growing concern about the mental health of students,and some media outlets have been reporting normal teacher behaviour as corporal punishment in order to gain attention,leading to a public perception of educational discipline as a'beast of burden'.Even when the state has clearly stated that the right to discipline is enshrined in law,teachers are still afraid to use it in the actual teaching process,which is an abdication of teachers'responsibilities and a detriment to students'right to education.Based on this situation,this paper conducts a survey on teachers and students in the third grade of a primary school in Shenyang to understand the current problems of primary school teachers'use of disciplinary power and its causes,and provides strategies from multiple perspectives in order to implement disciplinary power into teachers'hands as soon as possible and truly become a reasonable means of education and teaching management.
