治理媒介化视域下基层媒体的缺位及再造

The Absence and Reconstruction of Grassroots Media from the Perspective of the Mediatization of Governance

随着时代的发展,县域社会复杂多变,尤其是近年来,随着互联网和通讯技术的普及,社会化网络媒体大肆涌入,县域内的传统传播格局受到冲击。基层媒体逐渐陷入缺位的困境,切断了基层政府与群众的联系。在此背景下,县级融媒体中心重建基层传播生态,开拓民意渠道,运用智能化技术动员群众参与县域社会治理。将县级融媒体中心嵌入县域社会治理,可以实现基层媒体的再造,打造传媒协同县域社会治理的新模式,助推国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化。但就目前而言,县级融媒体中心的建设面临着诸多的困境,需要社会各方力量的统筹规划,多维度共同发力。

With the development of the times,county-level society is complex and changeable.Especially in recent years,with the popularization of the Internet and communication technology,social network media has flooded in,and the traditional communication pattern in the county-level has been impacted.The grassroots media has gradually fallen into the predicament of absence,cutting off the connection between the grassroots government and the masses.In this context,the county-level all-media center reconstructs the grassroots communication ecology,opens up public opinion channels,and uses intelligent technology to mobilize the masses to participate in county-level social governance.Integrating county-level all-media center into county-level social governance can realize the reconstruction of grassroots media,create a new model of media collaboration with county-level social governance,and promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.But for now,the construction of the county-level all-media center is facing many difficulties.It requires the overall planning of all social forces and the joint efforts of multiple dimensions.
