济南与青岛城市居住空间格局及影响因素的比较分析

A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF URBAN RESIDENTIAL SPATIAL PATTERN AND INFLUENCING FACTORS BETWEEN JINAN AND QINGDAO

居住空间是城市基本功能空间之一,其空间格局与影响因素,是以人为本国土空间规划关注的重点.本研究基于地图兴趣点数据,综合采用核密度分析、标准差椭圆工具及地理探测器等空间分析方法,对山东省济南和青岛两市中心城区住宅的分布特征及影响住宅空间分布的关键因素进行对比分析.结果表明:1)济南市住宅核心区相对比较集中,而青岛市住宅核心区则相对比较分散,且济南市核心区住宅聚集强度和密度显著高于青岛市核心区;2)住宅空间分布的方向性显著,两市中心城区大致呈“东北-西南”走向分布;3)影响济南市居住空间分布主要因素是科教文化场所分布,其次是交通相关服务和购物场所分布;影响青岛市居住空间分布主要因素是交通相关服务场所分布,其次是金融机构和科教文化场所分布.

Residential space is one of the basic urban functional spaces,and its spatial pattern and influencing factors are the focus of people-oriented land space planning.Based on the data of POI(Point of Interest)in the network,this study uses spatial analysis methods such as kernel density analysis,standard deviation ellipse tool,and geographic detector to analyze the distribution characteristics of residential buildings and the key factors affecting the spatial distribution of residential buildings in Jinan and Qingdao of Shandong Province.The results show that:1)The residential core areas in Jinan are relatively concentrated,while the residential core areas in Qingdao are relatively scattered,and the concentration intensity and the density of interest points in the core areas of Jinan are significantly higher than those in the core areas of Qingdao.2)The direction of residential spatial distribution is significant,and the two downtown areas tend to be"northeast-southwest"distribution.3)The main factor affecting the distribution of residential space in Jinan is the distribution of science,education,and cultural places,followed by the distribution of transportation-related services and shopping places.The main influencing factor of residential space distribution in Qingdao is the distribution of traffic-related service places,followed by the distribution of financial institutions and science,education,and culture places.
