基于BIM技术的土石方调运程序化探究 被引量:3

摘要 设计前期的土石方工程量计算与土石方调配方案制定是关乎工程项目成本的关键环节。基于BIM技术的土石方量计算不仅节省时间与人力,且计算结果误差小、精度高,方法简便易于修改调整;使用可视化编程软件Dynamo提取Revit中的土石方填挖量信息,创建算法,开发自定义节点,程序化求解土石方调配问题,简单高效且结果精确;有利于方案的比选和优化,更适合当下越来越复杂的大型基建项目。本文首先分析了基于BIM技术如何在Revit软件里进行土石方填挖量的计算与获取;其次进行了基于运筹学运输问题对土方调运问题的数学建模分析;再次进行了Dynamo节点的二次开发,利用C#语言编写动态链接库,使用IronPython脚本调用模型求解类库求解土石方调运问题;最后用实例进行计算验证。研究表明,基于BIM技术提取土石方填挖量,并程序化求解土石方调运问题是切实可行的,也是高效准确的。 The earthwork calculation and earthwork allocation plan designing in the early design phase are the key links of the project cost.The earthwork calculation based on BIM technology not only saves time and manpower but also makes fewer errors and gets higher accuracy.It can be easily modified and adjusted with simple methods.Using visual programming software dynamo to extract the information of earthwork volume in Revit,creating algorithms,developing customized nodes,and solving earthwork allocation problems programmatically are simple and efficient also with accurate results.It is beneficial to scheme comparison and optimization.And is more suitable for the current more and more complicated large infrastructure projects.Firstly,this paper analyzes in the Revit software how to calculate and extract the earthwork volume based on BIM technology.Secondly,it makes the mathematical modeling analysis of earthwork allocation problems based on transportation problems of opsearch.Thirdly,it conducts the secondary development of Dynamo node,writes the dynamic link library by C#language,and solves earthwork allocation problems by using IronPython script invokes the solving model class library.Finally,an example is used to verify the calculation.The research proves that it is feasible,efficient and accurate to extract the earthwork volume based on BIM technology and solve the earthwork allocation problems programmatically.
