锅炉水系统节能改造工程实践

摘要 本文主要针对锅炉车间除氧器热量损失严重、纯化水系统浪费水资源的问题,通过在锅炉房原除氧器和补水箱之间新增一个热回收水箱,运用换热的方法将除氧器排放的热量回收至热回收水箱给除氧器补水进行预加热,同时回收锅炉房排放的浓水作为冷却塔的补水使用的方式,对锅炉房的除氧系统和纯化水系统进行改造。改造方案实施后,锅炉水系统节能效果显著。 This paper mainly aims at the problem of serious heat loss of deaerator in boiler workshop and waste of water resource in purified water system, by adding a new heat recovery water tank between the original deaerator and make-up water tank in boiler room, the heat discharged by the deaerator is recovered to the heat recovery tank to preheat the water supplied by the deaerator, and the concentrated water discharged by the boiler room is recovered as the way of using the water supplied by the cooling tower, the deoxidization system and the purified water system of the boiler room are reformed. After the implementation of the retrofit scheme, the energy-saving effect of the boiler water system is remarkable.
