摘要
以某600MW燃煤电厂为例,烟气中SO_(3)浓度测试方法分别采用控制冷凝法和异丙醇吸收法,测试结果表明:在脱硝装置出口处,控制冷凝法测得SO_(3)浓度平均值为35.72mg/m^(3),异丙醇吸收法测得SO_(3)浓度平均值为39.89mg/m^(3)。在烟囱入口处,控制冷凝法测得SO_(3)浓度平均值为4.93mg/m^(3),异丙醇吸收法测得SO_(3)浓度平均值为4.97mg/m^(3)。异丙醇吸收法要比控制冷凝法的测试结果偏高,且异丙醇吸收法受烟气中SO_(3)浓度影响较大,控制冷凝法相较于异丙醇吸收法适用性更广。
Taking a 600 MW coal-fired power plant as an example, the SO_(3)concentration in flue gas is measured by controlled condensation method and isopropanol absorption method respectively. The test results show that at the outlet of denitration device, the average SO_(3)concentration measured by controlled condensation method is 35.72 mg/m^(3), and the average SO_(3)concentration measured by isopropanol absorption method is 39.89 mg/m^(3). At the inlet of the chimney, the average SO_(3)concentration measured by the control condensation method is 4.93 mg/m^(3), and the average SO_(3)concentration measured by the isopropanol absorption method is 4.97 mg/m^(3). The test results of isopropanol absorption method are higher than that of controlled condensation method, and isopropanol absorption method is greatly affected by SO_(3)concentration in flue gas. Controlled condensation method is more applicable than isopropanol absorption method.
