目前,火力发电厂主要的动力能量来源是汽轮机,而凝汽器是汽轮机冷端设备的重要组成部分,我国大部分电厂采用的是凝汽器水环真空泵系统,但其在维持机组真空过程中存在功率过大、抽真空效果易受工作液温度影响、端差大、凝结水溶氧超标、噪音大、维护成本高等问题。为缓解上述问题,在某电厂的2台300MW机组上进行抽真空系统节能改造技术示范应用建设,该技术主要是在机组原水环真空泵设备上并联一套干式螺杆真空泵系统,经过试运行,电流平均降低了83.75%,背压平均降低2kPa,凝结水溶氧降低至5μg/L以内。

After trial operation, the current is reduced on average83.75%, the back pressure is reduced by an average of 2 kPa, and the dissolved oxygen in the condensed water is reduced to less than 5μg/L.
