摘要
为了研究煤基清洁超硬质沥青对复合改性沥青的性能影响,本文在成品SBS改性沥青中加入不同掺量的煤基清洁超硬质沥青进行复合改性,基于针入度分级体系及SHRP PG分级体系表征复合改性沥青的性能。结果表明:煤基清洁超硬质沥青的加入可以明显改善沥青的高温性能、抗老化性,但对低温性能产生不利影响。在实际生产过程中,应依据改性沥青应用地域特点,兼顾其高温、低温性能,合理控制煤基清洁超硬质沥青掺量。
In order to study the influence of coal-based clean super hard asphalt on the performance of composite modified asphalt,this paper added different contents of coal-based clean super-hard asphalt to the finished SBS modified asphalt for composite modification.The performance of the composite modified asphalt is characterized by the penetration grading system and SHRP PG grading system.The results show that:the addition of coal-based clean super hard asphalt can significantly improve the high temperature performance and aging resistance of the asphalt,but it has adverse influence on the low temperature performance.In the practical production process,the amount of coal-based clean super hard asphalt should be reasonably controlled.It based on the regional characteristics of modified asphalt application,both the high temperature and low temperature performance should be taking into account.
