长三角一体化下太仓高新区高质量创新生态体系构建研究

Research on the construction of high-quality innovation ecosystem in Taicang high-tech zone under Yangtze River Delta integration

随着长三角区域一体化战略的不断深化,太仓作为上海的接壤城市,迎来了重大发展新机遇。太仓始终坚定不移地实施“接轨上海”“融入上海”的发展战略,在不断接收来自上海的辐射和带动的同时,主动融入上海全球科创中心建设,打造沪苏同城的最优创新生态。太仓高新区身为太仓全面融入上海的桥头堡,凭借临沪、对德双重优势,不断坚持创新驱动,在高质量发展之路上深耕不辍。文章分析了长三角一体化战略下高新区在科技创新发展中的具体实践,提出了构建高质量创新生态体系的建议。

With the deepening of the Yangtze River Delta regional integration strategy,Taicang,as a border city of Shanghai,has ushered in major new opportunities for development.Taicang has always unswervingly implemented the development strategy of“Connecting with Shanghai”and“Integrating into Shanghai”.While constantly receiving the radiation and drive from Shanghai,Taicang has taken the initiative to integrate into the construction of Shanghai global science and technology innovation center to create the best innovation ecology in Shanghai and Suzhou.Taicang is actively integrating into the construction Taicang high-tech zone.As the bridgehead of Taicang’s full integration into Shanghai,relying on the dual advantages of being close to Shanghai and docking with Germany,Taicang constantly adheres to innovation-driven,and constantly makes efforts on the road of high-quality development.This paper analyzes the specific practice of high-tech zones in the development of sci-tech innovation under the integration strategy of Yangtze River Delta,and puts forward some suggestions on building a high-quality innovation ecosystem.
