基于专利视角的高新技术企业专利现状和发展态势研究--以苏州市吴江区为例

Research on the current situation and development trend of intellectual property rights in high tech enterprises based on patent perspective:a case study of Wujiang District,Suzhou

企业是科技创新的主体,而高新技术企业无疑是其中的中坚力量。文章从企业专利出发,汇总了吴江区企业专利分布情况,并结合企业是否为高新技术企业进行结构剖析,对比高新技术企业与非高新技术企业在创新发展上的差异,从而提出推动吴江区企业专利工作高质量发展的对策和建议。

Enterprises are the main body of sci-tech innovation,and high-tech enterprises are undoubtedly the backbone of them.From the perspective of enterprise patents,this paper sorts out and summarizes the distribution of enterprise patents in Wujiang District and combines whether the enterprise is a high-tech enterprises in order to tell the differences in innovative development between high-tech enterprises and non-high-tech enterprises,so as to put forward measures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of enterprise patent work in Wujiang District.
