摘要
文章针对当前高校课堂教学质量评价体系运行中存在的问题,应用CIPP评价模型与360°反馈评价法构建课堂教学质量评价体系,再结合评价指标体系的建立,实现多元评价主体从课堂背景、课堂输入、课堂过程、课堂成果4个方面对课堂教学的课前、课中和课后阶段进行评价,从而能够客观、公正、全面地反映课堂教学质量,以促进高校教学质量以及人才培养质量的持续提升。
Aiming at the existing shortcomings of classroom teaching quality evaluation systems in colleges and universities, a classroom teaching quality evaluation system is constructed and the evaluation index system is established based on CIPP evaluation model and 360° feedback evaluation method in this paper. Then, the pre-class,in-class and after-class phases of classroom teaching are evaluated from classroom background, classroom input,classroom process and classroom product. The objective, fair and comprehensive evaluation results of classroom teaching quality are benefit to sustainably improving the teaching quality and talent training quality of colleges and universities.
