摘要
随着职业教育改革的推进,职业教育生源更加多样化,采用传统的教学模式培养出来的人才在岗位适应性尤其是软技能方面还存在不足。文章从适应学生职业目标多元化、企业团队角色体验、项目绩效导向、建立种子学生库、构建人才培养过程数据库等方面探索了分类实验教学改革途径。以机电类实验课程为实践对象,经过学生分类分层、项目等级划分与匹配、多角度考核方式等环节,让学生在学习兴趣、专业技能、团队协作精神、沟通交流能力等方面得到了全面的提升,尤其是在培养过程中学生数据图谱的建立,为用人单位进行精准的人岗匹配提供了客观依据。
With the advancement of vocational education reform, the sources of vocational education students are more diversified, and the adaptability of talents trained by traditional teaching mode, especially their soft skills, is still insufficient. This paper explores the reform of classified experiment teaching from the following aspects: the diversification of students’ professional goals, the role experience of enterprise team, the orientation of project performance, the establishment of seed student bank and the establishment of the database of personnel training process.Taking the electromechanical experiment course as the practical object, students’ interest in learning, the professional skills, spirit of team cooperation and ability of communication have been improved comprehensively through the steps of the classification and stratification of students, the classification and matching of project grades, and the multi-angle examination. In particular, the establishment of students’ data atlas in the process of training provides objective basis for the accurate matching of personnel and positions.
