中国(西部地区)基层医疗机构儿科重症单元的建设模式及国产急救设备配置的专家建议

The construction mode of pediatric critical unit at county level in China(Western region)and expert suggestions on the configuration of domestic first aid equipment

随着我国儿童医疗保健体系的不断完善,省市级三甲儿童专科医院均已设置独立的儿科重症单元,然而多数县级基层医院,特别是经济欠发达地区独立的儿科重症单元仍未建立或不完善,这导致危重患儿的诊断和治疗的同质性规范性出现明显差异。课题组依托科技部重点研发项目“面向基层儿科重症单元建设的国产诊疗设备应用示范”,结合现有我国重症医学建设指南,对西部县级区域基层儿科重症单元建设模式及国产急救设备配置提出建议。

With the continuous improvement of children′s medical and health care system in China,independent pediatric critical units(pediatric emergency department or/and critical medicine department)have been set up in provincial.However,there are almost no independent pediatric critical units in county-level grassroots hospitals in China,especially in economically underdeveloped areas,which leads to obvious differences in homogeneity and standardization of diagnosis and treatments.With the promotion of the Key R&D project of the Ministry of Science and Technology of Application demonstration of domestic diagnosis and treatment equipment for the Construction of Primary Pediatric critical Unit,combined with the existing guidelines for the construction of critical medicine in China,the following suggestions are put forward for the construction mode of pediatric critical unit and the configuration of domestic first aid equipment in the western county in China.
