泰安市职业院校护生医养结合养老机构认知程度及就业意愿分析

Analysis on Cognitive Degree and Employment Intention of Nursing Students in Tai’an City Vocational Colleges to Medical and Nursing Institutions for the Aged

摘要 目的调查泰安市职业院校护生对医养结合养老机构的认知程度及就业意愿,分析影响就业意愿的因素,并据此提出促进就业的干预措施。方法按照泰安市行政区域划分,2020年6—8月分层整群抽取2400名职业院校护生进行问卷调查,同时采用目的抽样法,抽取20名职业院校护生,进行半结构式访谈,了解其对医养结合养老机构的认知程度及就业意愿,并分析影响就业意愿的相关因素。结果仅29.35%的调查对象愿意就业医养结合养老机构。对医养结合养老机构认知程度越高、FAQ1得分越高、KAOP得分越高,就业意愿就越强(P<0.05)。薪资待遇、工作环境、就业压力等也是影响就业愿意的补充因素。结论泰安市职业院校护生对医养结合养老认知水平一般,就业意愿相对较低,可以从政府、院校、机构3个不同主体采取干预措施,以提高择业率。 Objective Investigate the cognition and employment willingness of nursing students in Tai'an vocational colleges to the old-age care institutions combined with medical care,analyze the factors that affect the employment willingness,and propose intervention measures to promote employment based on this.Methods According to the administrative division of Tai'an city,2400 nursing students from vocational colleges were selected in a hierarchical group to conduct a questionnaire survey from June to August 2020.At the same time,the purpose sampling method was adopted to select 20 nursing students from vocational colleges and conduct semi-structured interviews.Understand their cognition and willingness to employment in medical-care-integrated elderly care institutions,and analyze the relevant factors that affect the willingness to employment.Results Only 29.35%of the survey respondents were willing to work in an old-age care institution combined with medical care.The higher the cognition of the elderly care institutions,the higher the FAQ1 score,and the higher the KAOP score,the stronger the willingness to find employment(P<0.05).Qualitative research showed,salary,working environment,employment pressure,etc,are also supplementary factors that affect the willingness to find employment.Conclusion Nursing students in vocational colleges in Tai'an have a general awareness of the combination of medical care and elderly care,and their willingness to find employment is relatively low.Intervention measures can be taken from the government,colleges,and institutions to increase the rate of job selection.
