CBL联合PBL教学法在普通外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘要 目的分析以案例为基础(CBL)联合以问题为基础(PBL)教学法在普通外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选择该院近3年就职的医师18名作为该次研究的对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,给予两组医师不同的培训方案。观察两组医师理论知识合格率、实践操作合格率、综合能力优良率以及医师学习效果满意度。结果观察组医师理论知识合格率、实践操作合格率以及综合能力优良率分别为100.0%、88.9%、88.9%,显著高于对照组医师的77.7%、55.6%、66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医师手术操作兴趣(19.55±1.11)分、助手配合能力(25.32±1.88)分、工作约束能力(32.15±1.25)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组规培医师满意度100.00%高于对照组88.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普通外科住院医师规范化培训中,应用CBL联合PBL教学法的临床效果显著,可能提高医师理论知识掌握程度,更加熟练操作各种临床技能,从而提高自身综合能力,更好地保障了临床工作有效性,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in standardized training of general surgery residents.Methods Eighteen physicians who have been employed in the hospital in the past three years were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,and two groups of physicians were given different training programs.Observed two groups of physicians'theoretical knowledge qualification rate,practical operation qualification rate,comprehensive ability excellent rate,and physician's satisfaction with learning effect.Results The qualified rate of theoretical knowledge,qualified rate of practical operation,and excellent comprehensive ability of the doctors in the observation group were 100.0%,88.9%,and 88.9%,which were significantly higher than those of the doctors in the control group of 77.7%,55.6%,and 66.7%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's surgeon interest(19.55±1.11)points,assistant cooperation ability(25.32±1.88)points,work restraint ability(32.15±1.25)points,higher than the control group doctors,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the doctors in the observation group was 100.00%higher than that of the control group 88.89%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the standardized training of resident doctors in general surgery department,the clinical effect of CBL combined with PBL teaching method is significant,which may improve the theoretical knowledge of doctors,more skilled in various clinical skills,so as to improve their comprehensive ability and better guarantee the effectiveness of clinical work.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion.
