摘要
目的评估新生儿护理带教中使用师生双向评价反馈方法的应用效果。方法选择医院新生儿科2016年4月—2020年4月期间90名实习护生,根据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,45名/组,分别给予不同的带教方法。对照组行常规带教,观察组行师生双向评价反馈方法,将两组实习护生的带教效果进行比较。结果观察组带教教师对于实习护生的专业素养(8.13±1.00)分、临床沟通能力(8.36±1.21)分、人文关怀能力(9.04±0.52)分、学习态度(9.15±0.64)分、工作纪律(9.32±0.55)分、服从安排(9.35±0.15)分、理论掌握(9.05±0.36)分、实践操作(9.33±0.52)分、慎独精神(9.63±0.14)分、合作精神(9.28±0.18)分和总分(97.52±1.69)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习护生对于带教教师的教学态度(9.13±0.52)分、专科理论(9.32±0.16)分、专科技能(9.55±0.31)分、沟通能力(9.52±0.26)分、工作严谨性(9.66±0.15)分、操作规范性(9.51±0.17)分、语言表达能力(8.99±0.86)分、慎独精神(9.14±0.71)分、协作能力(9.23±0.64)分、带教主动性(8.99±0.45)分和总分(97.52±2.05)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿护理带教中使用师生双向评价反馈方法的效果显著,可以更好地改善带教教师和实习护生的满意度,值得在护理教学中进行使用与推广。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of teacher-student two-way evaluation feedback method in neonatal nursing teaching.Methods From April 2016 to April 2020,90 interns were selected from the neonatology department of the hospital.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,45 cases/group,and were given different teaching methods.The control group was given regular teaching,and the observation group was given a two-way evaluation feedback method.The teaching effects of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The teachers in the observation group had(8.13±1.00)points,clinical communication skills(8.36±1.21)points,humanistic care skills(9.04±0.52)points,and learning attitudes(9.15±0.64)points,work discipline(9.32±0.55)points,obedience arrangements(9.35±0.15)points,theoretical mastery(9.05±0.36)points,practical operations(9.33±0.52)points,the scores of inner concentration spirit(9.63±0.14)points,cooperative spirit(9.28±0.18)points and total score(97.52±1.69)points for nurse students in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group's interns'teaching attitude towards teachers(9.13±0.52)points,and specialist theory points(9.32±0.16)points,professional skills(9.55±0.31)points,communication skills(9.52±0.26)points,and work rigor(9.66±0.15)points,standard operation(9.51±0.17)points,language expression ability(8.99±0.86)points,inner concentration spirit(9.14±0.71)points,the scores of collaboration ability(9.23±0.64)points,initiative in teaching(8.99±0.45)points and total score(97.52±2.05)points were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of two-way evaluation feedback method between teachers and students in neonatal nursing teaching is significant,which can better improve the satisfaction of teaching teachers and nursing students,and is worthy of use and promotion in nursing teaching.
