妇产科住院医师规范化培训中临床教学查房的应用

Application of Clinical Teaching Rounds in Standardized Training of Obstetrics and Gynecology Resident Doctors

目的分析临床教学查房应用于妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的效果。方法选择2019年2月—2021年2月间于该院妇产科接收规范化培训的70名住院医师作为研究对象,根据入科时间不同分为实践组(n=35)、参照组(n=35)。为参照组住院医师实施传统培训方式,为实践组住院医师开展临床教学查房。从两组学习积极性、考核成绩以及临床查房胜任力等方面展开对比分析。结果实践组住院医师的学习积极性明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组考核成绩,实践组住院医师团队合作能力、语言表达能力、临床思维能力、主动学习能力、专科知识运用能力评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组查房胜任能力,实践组住院医师沟通技能、病历书写、查体诊断、人文关怀、面谈技能评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中展开临床教学查房能取得理想的培训效果,可提高住院医师学习积极性、提升考核成绩与临床查房胜任力等方面效果显著,适合在妇产科规范化培训中加以开展。

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical teaching rounds used in standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents.Methods 70 residents who received standardized training in the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the time of admission,they are divided into practice group(n=35)and reference group(n=35).Implement traditional training methods for residents in the reference group and conduct clinical teaching rounds for residents in the practice group.A comparative analysis was carried out from the aspects of learning motivation,assessment results and clinical rounds competence of the two groups.Results The study enthusiasm of residents in the practice group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the assessment results of the two groups,the scores of resident physicians in the practice group for teamwork ability,language expression ability,clinical thinking ability,active learning ability,and specialized knowledge application ability were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Competency of ward rounds were compared between the two groups.The scores of residents in the practice group in communication skills,medical record writing,physical examination diagnosis,humanistic care,and interview skills were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical teaching rounds in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents can achieve ideal training results.It can improve the enthusiasm of residents in learning,improve the performance of assessment and clinical ward round competencies,etc.,and it is suitable to be carried out in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology.
