摘要
目的探讨心内科护理管理中应用护理绩效考核的效果。方法将该院2020年1月—2021年6月期间实施改良护理绩效考核的20名心内科护士纳入观察组。将2019年1—12月实施常规护理绩效考核的20名心内科护士纳入对照组,每一组均随机纳入50例患者,比较两组护理质量评分(包括操作技术评分、专业理论知识评分、导管护理质量、工作责任感评分、合作能力评分、病房基础护理质量评分、护理文书质量评分、护患沟通评分、人文关怀评分、安全管理评分)、并比较护士满意度和患者满意度,比较两组护士的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分。结果观察组护理质量评分(包括操作技术评分、专业理论知识评分、导管护理质量、工作责任感评分、合作能力评分、病房基础护理质量评分、护理文书质量评分、护患沟通评分、人文关怀评分、安全管理评分)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良护理绩效考核在心内科护理中的应用效果确切,可有效提高心内科护理质量,减轻护士的不良心理,并提高患者满意度和护士满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing performance appraisal in nursing management of cardiology department.Methods The 20 cardiology nurses who implemented the improved nursing performance appraisal in the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were included in the observation group.Twenty cardiology nurses who performed routine nursing performance assessment from January to December 2019 were included in the control group.50 patients were randomly included in each group.Compared the two sets of nursing quality scores(including operating technique score,professional theoretical knowledge score,catheter care quality,job responsibility score,cooperation ability score,ward basic nursing quality score,nursing document quality score,nurse-patient communication score,humanistic care score,safety management score),and compare nurse satisfaction and patient satisfaction,compare the two groups of nurses'anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale scores.Results Observation group nursing quality score(including operating technique score,professional theoretical knowledge score,catheter care quality,job responsibility score,cooperation ability score,ward basic nursing quality score,nursing document quality score,nurse-patient communication score,humanistic care score,safety management score)higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of improved nursing performance assessment in cardiology nursing is definite,which can effectively improve the quality of cardiology nursing,reduce the bad psychology of nurses,and improve patient satisfaction and nurse satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion.
