管理工具在门诊管理中的应用

摘要 目的研究品管圈活动(QCC)应用在妇科门诊管理中的应用效果。方法该院于2019年1月—2020年1月期间,采用常规管理,护理人员共12名,为对照组,在该期间收治的60例患者为A组,然后该院于2020年2月—2021年2月期间,采用QCC管理,护理人员共12名,为观察组,在该期间收治的60例患者为B组,比较两组护理人员的管理满意度;对管理方法的认可评分、减轻工作负担评分、提高工作效率评分、工作倦怠评分;比较两组患者的健康教育满意度、生活护理满意度、服务态度满意度、操作技术满意度、护理整体满意度;健康知识掌握度。结果观察组护理人员的管理满意度高于对照组护理人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员对管理方法的认可评分、减轻工作负担评分、提高工作效率评分、工作倦怠评分均优于对照组护理人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者的健康教育满意度、生活护理满意度、服务态度满意度、操作技术满意度、护理整体满意度均高于A组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者的健康知识掌握度高于A组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科门诊管理中,应用品管圈活动管理,对于护理人员可以提升管理满意度、工作效率,改善工作状态,对于患者能提升护理满意度以及健康知识掌握度,应用价值高,值得推广。 Objective To study the application effect of quality control circle activities(QCC)in the management of gynecological clinics.Methods During the period from January 2019 to January 2020,the hospital adopted routine management,with a total of 12 nursing staff as the control group.Taking 60 patients admitted during the period as the group A.Then,the hospital adopts QCC management from February 2020 to February 2021,with a total of 12 nursing staff,as the observation group.Take 60 patients admitted during the period as the group B,and compared the management satisfaction of nursing staff between the two groups.Approval scores for management methods,scores for reducing workload,scores for improving work efficiency,scores for job burnout.The health education satisfaction,life care satisfaction,service attitude satisfaction,operation technique satisfaction,overall nursing satisfaction,and health knowledge mastery of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The management satisfaction of the nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that of the nursing staff in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's nursing staff's recognition scores for management methods,work load reduction scores,work efficiency improvement scores,and job burnout scores were all better than those of the control group nursing staff,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The health education satisfaction,life care satisfaction,service attitude satisfaction,operation technique satisfaction,and overall nursing satisfaction of group B patients were higher than those of group A patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The health knowledge mastery of group B patients was higher than that of group A patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of gynecological clinics,the application of quality control circle activity management can improve management satisfaction,work efficiency,and work status for nursing staff.For patients,it can improve nursing satisfaction and health knowledge mastery.The application value is high and it is worth promoting.
