摘要
医院后勤外包为医院提供更加专业的服务,目的在于提高后勤工作效率并控制后勤成本。人力资源配置是外包服务的重要内容,决定了外包服务的质量、效率和成本。该研究旨在研究从医院后勤外包人力资源配置的角度出发,对医院后勤外包进行规划、监管和控制,以实现节约成本提高效率的管理目标。
Hospital logistics outsourcing provides hospitals with more professional services,with the purpose of improving logistics efficiency and controlling logistics costs.Human resource allocation is an important content of outsourcing services,which determines the quality,efficiency and cost of outsourcing services.This research aims to study the planning,supervision and control of hospital logistics outsourcing from the perspective of human resource allocation in hospital logistics outsourcing,in order to achieve the management goals of saving costs and improving efficiency.
