CBL教学法在肾病内科临床带教中的开展价值分析

摘要 目的探讨CBL教学法在肾病内科临床带教中的开展价值。方法将该院2019年1月—2020年1月80名肾病内科临床实习生,双盲随机法分两组。对照组给予传统方法带教,研究组实施CBL教学法。比较两组对教学方式的满意度、临床技能考试成绩、临床理论考试成绩。结果研究组的对教学方式的满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=21.832,P<0.05)。研究组的对教学方式的满意度是(94.21±3.01)分,而对照组对教学方式的满意度是(80.57±2.56)分;研究组临床技能考试成绩、临床理论考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾病内科临床实习生实施CBL教学法效果确切,可更好提高肾病内科临床实习生的理论知识水平,并有利于强化其对于临床技能的掌握水平,提高肾病内科临床实习生对于带教方法的满意度。 Objective To explore the value of CBL teaching method in clinical teaching of nephropathy.Methods 80 clinical interns in the department of nephropathy in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given traditional teaching,while the study group was given CBL teaching method.The satisfaction with teaching methods,the scores of clinical skills examination and the scores of clinical theory examination were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of teaching methods in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=21.832,P<0.05),the study group's satisfaction with the teaching method was(94.21±3.01)points,while the control group's satisfaction with the teaching method was(80.57±2.56)points,the scores of clinical skill examination and clinical theory examination in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of CBL teaching method for clinical interns in nephrology is effective.It can better improve the level of theoretical knowledge of clinical interns in nephrology,and help to strengthen their mastery of clinical skills,improve the satisfaction of clinical interns in nephrology for teaching methods.
