摘要
缺血再灌注可造成组织器官损伤,临床危害极大。SIRT3是细胞内一种以去乙酰化修饰作用为主要功能的蛋白酶,具有细胞保护作用。SIRT3可通过抑制氧化应激反应、抑制细胞凋亡、抑制炎症反应、维持线粒体稳态等途径减轻多种器官的缺血再灌注损伤。
Ischemia-reperfusion can cause tissue and organ damage, thus causing great clinical harm. SIRT3 is a protease with deacetylation modification as its main function in cells and has a cytoprotective effect.SIRT3 can reduce the ischemia-reperfusion injury of various organs by inhibiting oxidative stress, cell apoptosis and inflammation, and maintaining mitochondrial homeostasis, etc.
