摘要 针对大同矿区引进的掘锚一体机应用过程中出现的影响快速掘进的因素,采用了一系列优化措施,使掘锚一体机性能得到充分发挥,实现了煤巷的快速掘进。应用过程中,同忻矿5104巷单进水平达到28 m/d,最高日进34 m/d,提升了1.8倍,月进达到804 m,并创大同矿区石炭系进尺新记录。实践证明:掘锚一体机技术具有割煤速度快、掘支效率高的优点,但要使其性能充分发挥,需要较好的地质条件以及各相关环节、工艺工序的科学合理优化。 According to some factors affecting the rapid tunneling, a series of optimization measures have been adopted to give full play to the performance of the tunneling and anchoring machine in order to realize the rapid excavation of coal roadways. In the application in Tongxin Mine, the single heading of 5104 roadway reached 28 m/d, the highest daily heading 34 m/d, increased by 1.8 times, and the monthly heading reached 804 m, setting a new heading record for the Carboniferous in the Datong mining area. The application has proved that the technology of tunneling and anchoring integrated machine has advantages of rapid coal cutting and high efficiency in driving and supporting. However, to give full play to its performance, it requires better geological conditions and scientific and reasonable optimization of all relevant links and procedures.
