摘要
火电机组快速甩负荷(fast cut back,FCB)正确动作与否直接关系到电网及机组安全和社会影响,以越南沿海地区的某发电机组为例,介绍了该工程的工艺及电气系统、FCB触发条件及设计方案,并根据机组特点,增加了机组零功率保护装置,为现场实际工程机组FCB功能实现打下了坚实的基础。
The correct operation of fast cut back(FCB)of thermal power unit is directly related to the safety and social impact of power grid and unit.Taking the generator unit in the coastal area of Vietnam as an example,the process and electrical system,FCB trigger condition and design scheme of the project are introduced,and the zero power protection device of the unit is added according to the characteristics of the unit.It has laid a solid foundation for the realization of FCB function of the unit in the actual project on site.
