热工DCS故障致锅炉灭火分析与预防

摘要 某发电厂4号机组发生一起锅炉灭火事件。由于主、辅分布式处理单元(distributed processing unit,DPU)切换失败、多块卡件脱网离线故障,两台一次风机全停,触发主燃料跳闸(main foal trip,MFT),发生锅炉灭火。对此次锅炉灭火事件的经过、采取的措施进行了详细阐述,深入分析了事件发生的原因以及此次事件暴露的其他方面的问题,并针对存在的问题和安全隐患给出了具体的整改建议。 The number 4 boiler of a certain power plant happened the boiler fire-extinguishing event.Because of main and auxiliary distributed processing unit(DPU)switched failure,more piece of card took off the network and malfunctioned,both of primary air fan stop,which triggered main foal trip(MFT),that lead to the boiler fire extinguishing.The process and measures of the boiler fire extinguishing event are described in detail,the causes of the event and other exposed problems are analyzed,and specific rectification suggestions are given for the existing problems and potential safety hazards.
