某超临界锅炉水冷壁管泄漏原因分析及处理

Cause Analysis and Treatment of Water Wall Leakage of a Supercritical Boiler

针对某1115 t/h超临界锅炉水冷壁管发生泄漏导致机组停机事件,对泄漏及邻近管子进行宏观检查、渗透检测并结合运行检修等情况对泄漏原因进行了综合分析。分析结果表明:鳍片焊接不规范,鳍片焊缝存在裂纹,裂纹不断扩展并裂透,导致水冷壁管泄漏,机组停机。针对泄漏原因,提出了将吹灰器罩盒内水冷壁管纳入检查范围、加强焊接技术监督管理、加大鳍片焊缝检测力度等处理及防范措施。

Water wall leakage of a 1115 t/h supercritical boiler led to unit shutdown.The leakage and adjacent pipes were inspected by macroscopic inspection and penetration detection,and the causes of the leakage were analyzed and judged comprehensively in combination with the operation and maintenance.The results showed that the non-standardfin weldingand cracks which continued to expand and crack through in the fin welding seamleaded to the the leaking finally.In view of the cause of leakage,a series of treatment and preventive measures were put forward,such as including the water-wall pipe in the soot blower cover box into the inspection scope,strengthening the supervision of welding technology and increasing the strength of fin weld inspection.
