面向中关村科技企业人才培养的创新创业课程研究

Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Courses for Talent Training in Zhongguancun Sci-Tech Enterprises

中关村是国家自主创新示范区,拥有最具创新创业活力的企业群体。科技企业在不断前行中创新,新技术、新模式带来了新的创业机会,创新创业在中关村无时无刻不在发生着。创新创业蓬勃发展的形势对于人才的创新创业能力也提出了更高的要求,需要优质的创新创业能力提升课程为中关村的人才充电加油。目前,大部分创新创业能力提升课程不够系统完善,多为零散的讲座性质的学习,能力提升效果不够理想。北京市海淀区职工大学(中关村学院)是海淀区开展成人教育、培养区域创新人才的成人高校。近年来,学院在对国内外创新创业培训现状调查研究的基础上,以能力本位理论、项目教学理论及"五创"理论为指导,开发了具有阶梯培养、能力递进、灵活多样和相对独立特征的"515N"课程体系,在实践中取得了良好的效果。

Zhongguancun is a National Innovation Demonstration Zone with enterprises that have the most innovative and entrepreneurial vitality and are dedicated to continuous innovation.New technologies and new models have brought new entrepreneurial opportunities.Innovation and entrepreneurship can be seen in Zhongguancun all the time.However,the rapid development of innovation and entrepreneurship also requires the capabilities of core talents,and high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship courses are badly needed to refuel the talents of Zhongguancun enterprises.At present,most of the innovation and entrepreneurship capacity improvement courses are unsystematic and incomplete and their effect is not ideal.Beijing Haidian Workers’College is an adult higher institution for adult education and cultivation of regional innovative talents.In recent years,through research into the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship training both at home and abroad,and guided by the competence-based theory,project teaching theory and"Five Creation"theory,the college has developed a"515 N"curriculum system which has achieved a very good result in practice.
