摘要
人口老龄化越来越严重,在新时代社会高质量发展的背景下,老年教育迎来了快速发展关键期。《老年教育发展规划(2016—2020)》的发布推动了社会各界对老年教育的重视,老年教育因此有了时代的新特点、新特色,同时,在发展过程中也暴露出了诸多问题,本文从新形势环境入手,总结了我国老年教育的新特点,分析了发展中存在的问题和成因,并从构建老年教育体系的角度提出了思路和举措,以促进新时期我国老年教育的良性发展。
As populations age,elderly education has entered a rapid and critical period of development under the background of high-quality social development in the new era.The release of China’s National Plan for the Development of Elderly Education(2016-2020)has attracted the attention of all walks of life and elderly education has got new characteristics of the era,but at the same time,many problems have arisen.Starting from the new situation,this paper summarizes the new features of China’s elderly education,analyzes the problems and causes and proposes new measures from the perspective of building an elderly education system aiming at promoting the sound development of China’s elderly education in the new era.
