终身学习视域下职业核心素养课程教学设计与实践研究

Key Professional Quality Courses:Teaching Design and Practical Research from the Perspective of Lifelong Learning

摘要 在新的教育发展时代,成人教育进入转型发展期。为尽快满足学生对终身学习日渐提高的需求,在开展系统化专业知识教学的同时,培养学生素养、提升其终身学习能力也同样重要。文章结合学校教学改革,开展终身学习视域下职业核心素养课程教学设计与实践研究,探索以立德树人为导向设计课程、以中国学生发展核心素养为基础挖掘素养点、以任务构建情境活化惰性知识的素养课程教学设计与实践。 In the new era of educational development,adult education has entered a period of transformation and development.In order to meet the increasing needs and requirements of students for lifelong learning,it is equally important for teachers to improve students’comprehensive qualities and lifelong learning ability while carrying out the teaching of systematic professional knowledge.Based on the school teaching reform,the writer conducts research on teaching design and practice of core professional quality courses from the perspective of lifelong learning.The writer places importance on fostering virtue in education,tries to develop students’key qualities,creates task-oriented situations to activate the boring knowledge,and explores the design and teaching of the courses to satisfy the actual needs of students.
