摘要
对河北新启元能源技术开发股份有限公司厂区煤焦油加氢装置以及异辛烷装置的能耗系统设备进行改造,回收煤焦油加氢装置反应余热供给异辛烷装置供热,同时对工艺流程进行了优化,达到了减少水、电以及天然气用量的效果。
The energy consumption system of coal tar hydrogenation unit and isooctane unit was reformed,and the residual heat from reaction of coal tar hydrogenation unit was recovered to supply heat to isooctane unit.At the same time,the process flow was optimized to reduce the consumption of water,electricity and natural gas.
