摘要
目的:建立煨姜的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:安捷伦ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-甲醇-水(40∶5∶55);流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长为280 nm;柱温30℃。理论板数按6-姜辣素计算,应不低于5000。结果:6-姜辣素对照品在5.5782~223.1271μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000)。平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为2.0%(n=9)。结论:该方法操作简单、准确,重现性好,可用于煨姜的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for the content determination of simmered ginger.Methods:Using the HPLC method,Chromatographic column:Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);Mobile phase:acetonitrile-methanol-water(40∶5∶55);The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 280 nm.The column temperature is 30℃.The number of theoretical plates calculated by 6-gingerol should not be less than 5000.Results:The linear range of 6-gingerol control was 5.5782-223.1271μg/mL(r=1.0000).The average recovery was 99.4%and RSD was 2.0%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for quality control of simmered ginger.
