摘要
目的:探讨神经电生理刺激联合前列地尔在脑卒中患者中的效果。方法:选取2019年11月至2020年11月长垣市人民医院收治的96例脑卒中患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(48例)和观察组(48例)。对照组给予神经电生理刺激,观察组加用前列地尔,连续治疗30 d,于疗程结束后即刻评估疗效。对比两组临床疗效、脊髓运动神经元及周围神经相关指标、运动功能与日常生活能力、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组Hmax、Mmax、H/Mmax、简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗30 d后,观察组Hmax、Mmax、H/Mmax低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer、ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:神经电生理刺激联合前列地尔能够促使脑卒中患者脊髓运动神经元及其周围神经兴奋,有效改善肢体运动功能,提高日常生活自理能力,且无严重不良反应,安全可靠,值得应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of neuroelectrophysiological stimulation combined with prol in stroke patients.Methods:96 stroke patients admitted to Changyuan People’s Hospital from November 2019 to November 2020,and were divided into control group (48 cases) and observation group (48 cases) according to randomized digital table.The control group administered neuroelectrophysiological stimulation,and the observation group treated with alprostadil for 30 d on the basis of the control group.Continuously comparing the two groups of clinical efficacy,spinal cord motor neurons and peripheral nerves,motor function and daily life ability,and adverse reactions.Results:The observation group was always more efficient than in the control group,differ difference were significant (P<0.05);before the treatment,two groups of Hmax、Mmax、H/Mmax,simple Fugl-Meyer sports function scale scale,daily life energy power table (ADL) scores,differ difference have no statistical significance (P>0.05);after treating the 30 d,the groups Hmax,Mmax,H/Mmax were lower than the control group,the Fugl-Meyer,ADL scores were higher than those in the control groups,differ difference were significant (P<0.05);the two groups had comparable adverse reactions,the difference has no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Neuroelectrophysiological stimulation combined with leading dir can promote spinal motor neurons and peripheral nerve stimulation,effectively improve limb movement function,improve daily self-care ability,without serious adverse reactions,safe and reliable,worthy of application.
