技术文化意味着文化赋予了技术某种意识形态功能,代表着技术通过超越具体现实的限制重新使文化的绝对生产性得以释放,从而构成了技术文化的核心人文内涵。旧金山湾区技术文化对高等教育的影响主要体现为创新性特征对高等教育创新发展的影响、通约性特征对高等教育融合发展的影响,以及进步性特征对高等教育超前发展的影响。在粤港澳大湾区这一新场域里,技术文化推动高等教育一体化发展主要体现为技术文化带来教育价值观念的转变,推动教育制度机制的变革,超越教育物理空间的约束。
