摘要 Cu_(2)O具有光吸收范围广,无毒无害,能够有效分离光生电子和空穴等优势,是良好的TiO_(2)改性材料。Cu_(2)O-TiO_(2)异质结的形成,将TiO_(2)的光吸收范围扩展至可见光区,同时提供电子转移通道,有效分离光生电子和空穴。通过分析Cu_(2)O-TiO_(2)异质结的形成方式及其降解有机废水的影响因素,为Cu_(2)O-TiO_(2)异质结光催化剂的进一步深入研究及复合光催剂降解水中有机废物工业化流程的设计做出了指导。分析了Cu_(2)O-TiO_(2)异质结光催化剂对水中有机废物的降解机理,为异质结光催化剂的进一步探索提供了可行思路。 The Cu_(2)O has a wide range of light absorption, which is advantageous for the separation of optical electronics and holes.It is a good TiO_(2)modified material.The formation of Cu_(2)O-TiO_(2)heterojunction extends the optical absorption range of TiO_(2)to the visible region, and provides electron transfer channels to effectively separate photogenerated electrons and holes.By analyzing the formation mode of Cu_(2)O-TiO_(2)heterojunction and the influencing factors of degradation of organic wastewater, the further study of Cu_(2)O-TiO_(2)heterojunction photocatalyst and the design of industrial process for degradation of organic wastewater by composite photocatalyst were provided.The mechanism of Cu_(2)O-TiO_(2)heterojunction photocatalyst degradation of organic waste in water was analyzed, and it provided feasible ideas for the further exploration of heterojunction photocatalyst.
