《采艾编翼》对酒的运用的数据挖掘分析

Data Mining Analysis of Application of Wine-included Formulas Recorded in Cai Ai Bian Yi

【目的】探讨《采艾编翼》对酒的运用规律。【方法】收集整理《采艾编翼》运用酒的药方,建立《采艾编翼》酒剂处方数据库,采用频次分析及聚类分析方法对酒剂的运用规律进行数据挖掘。【结果】《采艾编翼》使用酒的处方共计90首,涉及药物149味,食材15种。《采艾编翼》对酒的运用主要有以酒为溶媒(酒剂)、以酒送药(药引)、以酒炮制等方式。运用酒的方剂涉及病证51种;运用酒的处方的高频药物主要有甘草、生姜、茯苓等;将高频药物进行聚类分析,可得到3类药物组合,即外科治疗痈疽的药物,辟瘟解毒、消肿止痛的药物,及针对湿阻中焦的药物。【结论】《采艾编翼》对酒的运用方法丰富多样;运用酒的方剂配伍灵活,组方严谨,契合岭南地区湿浊为患的病证特点,其运用规律可为现代中医临床提供参考。

Objective To investigate the medication rule for wine-included formulas recorded in Cai Ai Bian Yi(A Supplement to Moxibustion Therapy).Methods The wine-included formulas recorded in Cai Ai Bian Yi were collected for setting up the database of wine-included formulas of Cai Ai Bian Yi.Frequency analysis and cluster analysis were used to mine the medication rule for wine-included formulas recorded in Cai Ai Bian Yi.Results A total of 90 wine-included formulas were obtained,involving 149 herbs and 15 kinds of food ingredients.The uses of wine in Cai Ai Bian Yi mainly manifested as the use of wine as a solvent(wine recipe),the use of wine to deliver medicine(as the extra conducting ingredient)and the use of wine for preparation.Wine-included formulas in Cai Ai Bian Yi were used for the treatment of 51 kinds of diseases.The high-frequency herbs used in the wineincluded formulas were Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens,Poria,etc.After the clustering analysis of the high-frequency herbs,three categories of herbal combinations were obtained,namely drugs for surgical treatment of carbuncles and gangrene,drugs to remove pestilence,detoxifying and relieving swelling and pain,and drugs for dampness blocking the middle energizer.Conclusion Cai Ai Bian Yi has a rich and varied approach to the use of wine,and the compatibility of wine-included formulas recorded in Cai Ai Bian Yi is flexible and rigorously formulated,which accords with the damp turbidity syndrome characteristics in the Lingnan area.The medication rule for wine-included formulas recorded in Cai Ai Bian Yi(A Supplement to Moxibustion Therapy)can be used as a reference for modern clinical application of Chinese medicine.
