沙发框架T型和L型节点抗弯性能有限元分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了将有限元法应用于沙发框架的分析,从而评估沙发框架节点在静力荷载下的抗弯性能,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件比较了沙发框架中T型和L型节点分别在圆钉和直榫两种连接方式下抗弯性能的差异,并通过SPSS方差分析法和ANSYS Workbench响应面分析法分析了仿真数据。主要结论如下:(1)在相同荷载下,沙发节点采用半刚性连接的端部位移量相比全刚性连接的端部位移量要大且接口存在一定分离量。(2)在圆钉连接的T型和L型节点中,圆钉的直径与其抗弯性能存在显著相关性;在直榫连接的T型和L型节点中,T型和L型试件形式、榫头的长度和深度对其抗弯性能存在显著性影响。(3)响应面分析结果表明,圆钉连接的T型节点的抗弯性能与试件弹性模量、竖向作用力呈现线性关系。 In order to apply the finite element method to the analysis of sofa frame and thereby evaluate the bending resistance performance of sofa frame joints under static load,the differences of bending resistance performance of T-shaped and L-shaped joints of sofa frame under round nail and straight tenon connections are compared by using ANSYS Workbench finite element software,and the simulation data are analyzed by SPSS variance analysis and ANSYS Workbench response surface analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Under the same load,the end displacement of semi-rigid connection is larger than that of full rigid connection,and there is a certain amount of separation at the interface.(2)In regard to T-shaped and L-shaped joints connected by circular nails,there is a significant correlation between the diameter of circular nails and their bending resistance performance;In regard to T-shaped and L-shaped joints connected by straight tenon,the form of T-shaped and L-shaped specimens,the length and depth of tenon have significant effects on their bending resistance performance.(3)The results of response surface analysis show that the bending resistance performance of T-shaped joints connected by circular nails is linear with the elastic modulus and vertical force of the specimens.
