微型无线传感器在动力微环境监测中的应用

摘要 随着对动力系统安全运行要求的提高,动力环境监测从仅对动力机房、设备的大环境监测,需进一步深入到对动力设备内部环境的监测(简称动力微环境监测),从而实现在动力设备内部发生安全隐患后就能尽早预警和及时报警,使得动力设备运行安全水平更上一个台阶。但要实现动力设备微环境的监测有诸多问题需要解决,其中很重要的一个问题就是传感器选型。因为动力微环境监测主要针对动力设备内部的关键点进行监测,而动力设备内部空间通常非常狭小,传统传感器尺寸大、安装不便,布线和供电问题也制约了其使用部署。据此,中国电信上海公司自研开发的微型无线传感器是为满足动力微环境监测需求特点而设计的新一代的传感器。该系列传感器具有多种环境量采集能力、体积小、功耗低、无线组网灵活、内置锂电池供电,安装方式多样、无需布线、使用维护方便等众多优点,是快速组建动力设备微环境监测系统的创新实现。 With the improvement of requirements for the safe operation of the power system,power environmental monitoring from only the power room,equipment,environment monitoring,further into the monitoring of power equipment internal environment(hereinafter referred to as dynamic environment monitoring),so as to realize the security hidden danger in power equipment can early warning and alarm in time,as soon as possible after the safe operation of power equipment level more on a stage.However,there are many problems to be solved to realize the monitoring of power equipment microenvironment,one of which is the selection of sensor.Because the power microenvironment monitoring is mainly aimed at the key points inside the power equipment,and the internal space of the power equipment is usually very narrow,the traditional sensor size is large,inconvenient to install,wiring and power supply problems also restrict its use and deployment.Therefore,the micro wireless sensor developed by China Telecom Shanghai co.,Ltd.is a new generation sensor designed to meet the requirements of dynamic micro environment monitoring.This series of sensors have a variety of environmental quantity acquisition capabilities,small size,low power consumption,flexible wireless networking,built-in lithium battery power supply,a variety of installation methods,no wiring,easy maintenance and many other advantages,is the rapid establishment of power equipment micro environment monitoring system innovation realization.
