北京电信洋桥局于2008年投产,作为北京电信西区网络的重要核心节点,洋桥局承载着包括交换、汇聚、接入层的多种关键网络设备,涵盖政府、金融类多家IDC客户。随着业务的逐步发展,历时13年,洋桥局电力负荷已趋于饱和,周边商业、住宅功能区也已逐步形成,空调室外机的噪声问题经常遭到周边居民的投诉。为保证楼宇制冷系统的安全稳定运行,洋桥局动力维护班组深入调研,结合现场实际情况,采用室外机定点降噪的方案,配合行政部完成楼宇4至7层已有空调室外机和预留室外机的定点降噪工作,降低了周边居民投诉概率,提高了局所运维安全度。

Yangqiao Bureau of Beijing Telecom was put into operation in 2008.As an important core node of the western network of Beijing Telecom,Yangqiao Bureau carries a variety of key network equipment including switching,convergence and access layer,covering a number of government and financial IDC customers.With the gradual development of business,the power load of Yangqiao Bureau has been saturated for 13 years,and the surrounding commercial and residential functional areas have gradually formed.The noise problem of outdoor units of air conditioners is often complained by the surrounding residents.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the building refrigeration system,the power maintenance team of Yangqiao Bureau conducted in-depth investigation,combined with the actual situation of the site,adopted the scheme of fixed-point noise reduction of outdoor units,cooperated with the administrative department to complete the fixed-point noise reduction work of existing air-conditioning outdoor units and reserved outdoor units on the 4th to 7th floors of the building,reduced the probability of complaints in the surrounding situation,and improved the safety of operation and maintenance of the Bureau.
