通信电源空调运维发展趋势

摘要 中国移动第5个五年发展战略确定了创世界一流企业的总体目标。通信电源空调设施作为整个网络的基础,重要性不言而喻,但同时也面临严峻的形势。公司运营方面,网络运营成本逐年上涨,降本增效压力增加,维护费用面临削减。专业发展方面,2016年开始数据中心批量投产,2019年磷酸铁锂电池大规模推广使用,2021年高压直流设备成为自用系统首选不间断电源,新设备、新环境带来新的压力。手段建设方面,2018年“动环设施集中运维管理平台”启动建设,对全网动环设施进行集中化管控。在成本压缩、新设备投运和智能化运维等多维因素下,结合近3年维护管理实践,从维护方式、维护能力和维护体系3个方面分析总结了当前情况,探讨了发展趋势。 The Fifth Five-Year Development Strategy of China Mobile defines the overall goal of creating a world-class enterprise.Communication power supply and air conditioning facilities as the basis of the whole network,the importance is self-evident,meanwhile it also faces a severe situation.In terms of the company’s operation,the network operation costs are increasing year by year,the pressure of cost reduction and efficiency increase,and the maintenance costs are facing reduction.In terms of professional development,the data centers are putting into production from 2016,and the lithium iron phosphate battery is widely used since 2019.In 2021,the high voltage DC equipment becomes the preferred uninterruptible power supply for self use system,and new equipment and new environment will bring new pressure.In terms of means construction,the“centralized operation and maintenance management platform for power and environmental facilities”was started in 2018 to carry out centralized management and control of power and environmental facilities in the whole network.Under the multi-dimensional factors of cost compression,new equipment commissioning and intelligent operation,this paper will combine with the maintenance management practice in recent three years,analyze and summarize the current situation from three aspects of maintenance mode,maintenance ability and maintenance system,and discuss the development trend.
