阿托伐他汀联合二甲双胍治疗初发糖尿病患者的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Atorvastatin Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Patients with Newly Diagnosed Diabetes

目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合二甲双胍治疗初发糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法随机选取2018年1月—2020年12月收治的60例初发糖尿病患者进行研究,将患者以随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍联合阿托伐他汀治疗。对比两组患者血糖控制情况、血脂调节情况、生活质量变化、不良事件发生率。结果经治疗后,观察组FPG、PBG、Fins低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组TC、TG、LDL-C低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组生活质量评分(205.04±9.52)分高于对照组(195.07±8.96)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.177,P<0.05)。两组患者低血压、心血管不良事件发生率均较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合阿托伐他汀治疗初发糖尿病,可取得更理想的血糖、血压调节效果,促进患者生活质量的提升,降低低血糖等不良事件风险。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with metformin in the treatment of patients with newly diagnosed diabetes.Methods Random select a study was conducted on 60 patients with newly diagnosed diabetes who were admitted from January 2018 to December 2020,and the patients were divided into two groups by random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with atorvastatin.The blood glucose control,blood lipid regulation,quality of life changes,and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,FBG,PBG and Fins in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group TC,TG,LDL-C were lower than the control group,HDL-C was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the quality of life score of the observation group(205.04±9.52)points was higher than that of the control group(195.07±8.96)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.177,P<0.05).The incidence of hypotension and cardiovascular adverse events in the two groups was low,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of new-onset diabetes can achieve better blood sugar and blood pressure regulation effects,promote the improvement of patients'quality of life,and reduce the risk of adverse events such as hypoglycemia.
