延续护理对良性前列腺增生患者TURP术后的康复影响

The Effect of Continuous Nursing on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia after TURP

目的针对良性前列腺增生行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗的患者应用延续护理,观察和对比其护理效果对康复情况的影响。方法方便选取该院2019年8月—2020年8月收治的80例良性前列腺增生患者为研究对象,全部行TURP术治疗,随机分组,给予对照组(40例)应用常规护理措施,给予研究组(40例)应用常规护理措施加延续护理,对比研究两组患者护理干预后的自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识水平、焦虑自评量表评分(SAS评分)、抑郁自评量表评分(SDS评分)、总体健康评分。结果研究组患者的自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识水平、SAS评分、SDS评分、总体健康评分分别为(37.7±1.8)分、(40.1±0.9)分、(37.0±3.2)分、(39.4±1.7)分、(37.26±2.79)分、(42.09±4.34)分、(85.46±6.08)分,各项评分情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.181、22.768、14.172、22.460、12.858、22.059、13.256,P<0.05)。结论针对良性前列腺增生行TURP术治疗的患者应用延续护理,能够提升患者的自我护理能力,改善患者的情绪,使患者的生活质量得到显著提升,对手术后患者加速康复具有十分显著的效果,值得在临床实践中推广使用。

Objective For patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP),continue nursing care to observe and compare the effects of nursing effects on rehabilitation.Methods Conveniently selected 80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted in the hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 are the subjects of this study,all underwent TURP treatment and were randomly divided into groups.The control group(40 cases)was given routine nursing measures,and the study group(40 cases)was given routine nursing measures plus continued care.To compare and study the self-concept,self-responsibility,self-care skills,health knowledge level,anxiety self-rating scale score(SAS score),depression self-rating scale score(SDS score),and overall health score of the two groups of patients after nursing intervention.Results The self-concept,self-responsibility,self-care skills,health knowledge level,SAS score,SDS score,and overall health score of the patients in the study group were(37.7±1.8)points,(40.1±0.9)points,(37.0±3.2)points,(39.4±1.7)points,(37.26±2.79)points,(42.09±4.34)points,(85.46±6.08)points.All scores were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.181,22.768,14.172,22.460,12.858,22.059,13.256,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuation care for patients undergoing TURP treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia can enhance the patient's self-care ability,improve the patient's mood,and significantly improve the patient's quality of life.It has a very significant effect on accelerating the rehabilitation of postoperative patients,and it is worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.
