视听转移配合轻柔手法应用于新生儿足跟采血镇痛护理中的效果

The Effect of Audio-visual Transfer and Gentle Manipulation in the Nursing of Neonatal Heel Blood Sampling and Analgesia

目的探讨视听转移配合轻柔手法应用于新生儿足跟采血镇痛护理中的效果。方法按照随机数表法将随机选取该院2020年1月—2021年4月期间收治的63例新生儿分为两组,两组新生儿均接受足跟采血,对照组31例给予足跟采血常规干预,观察组32例予以常规干预+视听转移配合轻柔手法,观察两组新生儿采血情况、疼痛程度、生命体征变化情况以及采血成功率。结果观察组疼痛面容出现和啼哭开始晚于对照组,疼痛面容和啼哭持续,以及采血时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿采血前中疼痛程度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),采血后观察组疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿采血前心率和血氧饱和对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),采血后观察组心率低于对照组,血氧饱和度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿一次采血成功率(93.75%)高于对照组(70.97%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.671,P<0.05)。结论视听转移配合轻柔手法应用于新生儿足跟采血中,可以减轻疼痛程度,调节生命体征,改善采血情况,进而提高一次性采血成功率。

Objective To explore the effect of audio-visual transfer combined with gentle manipulation in the analgesia nursing of neonatal heel blood collection.Methods According to the random number table method,the 63 newborns were randomly selected treated in the hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 and divided into two groups.Both groups of newborns received heel blood sampling.The 31 cases in the control group received routine intervention by heel blood sampling,and the 32 cases in the observation group received routine intervention+audiovisual transfer combined with gentle manipulation.Observe the blood sampling,pain degree,changes of vital signs and the success rate of blood sampling in the two groups of newborns.Results The appearance of painful face and crying in the observation group were later than those in the control group,the painful face and crying continued,and the blood sampling time was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of pain between the two groups of newborns before blood sampling(P>0.05).After blood sampling,the pain degree of the observation group was lighter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in heart rate and blood oxygen saturation between the two groups of newborns before blood sampling(P>0.05).After blood sampling,the heart rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time blood sampling in the observation group(93.75%)was higher than that in the control group(70.97%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.671,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of audio-visual transfer combined with gentle manipulation in newborn heel blood collection can reduce pain,adjust vital signs,improve blood collection,and increase the success rate of one-time blood collection.
