艾滋病免疫重建不全中西医治疗研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on acquired immune deficiency syndrome incomplete immune reconstitution

艾滋病(AIDS)是一个世界范围内的重大公共卫生问题,部分患者由于免疫重建不全导致一系列的并发症,继而加速疾病进程,严重影响其生活质量。近年来,国内外学者针对AIDS免疫重建不全领域进行了大量的研究。本文通过查阅近年来的相关报道,分别从现代医学和传统医学角度对AIDS免疫重建不全的发病机制及治疗进展进行综述,发现西医聚焦于CD4^(+)T细胞数量的减少并针对不同病因采取个体化治疗;而中医集中于五脏正气虚衰并据此选择不同的扶正方案,二者均具有独特的优势,但中西医结合治疗在效果和安全性上更具有优越性,但缺乏更为有力的循证医学证据,值得进一步挖掘,以形成完整规范的治疗体系。

Acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)is a major public health problem worldwide.Some patients have a series of complications due to incomplete immune reconstitution,which accelerates the disease process and seriously affects their quality of life.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a large number of studies in the field of incomplete immune reconstitution of AIDS.This paper reviews AIDS incomplete immune reconstitution pathogenesis and treatment progress from modern medical and traditional medical perspectives by reviewing relevant studies in recent years.It is found that Western medicine focuses on the decline of the number of CD4^(+)T lymphocytes and adopts individualized treatment for different causes,while traditional Chinese medicine concentrates on the vital qi exhaustion of five zang viscera and chooses different strengthening programs.Both Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine have unique advantages.However,the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has more advantages in effect and safety,but lacks more powerful evidence-based medical evidence,which is worth further digging,in order to form a complete and standardized treatment system.
