皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤1例

A case of subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-Cell lymphoma

皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤是一种罕见的皮肤恶性淋巴瘤。为了提高对皮下脂膜炎样T淋巴细胞瘤的认识,本研究就1例皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤患者的病例进行分析,并进行文献复习。结合临床病理特征及免疫组化结果分析,探讨临床特点与治疗,结果显示皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤的侵袭性较强,病情进展非常迅速,自然病程凶险,预后差。

Subcutaneous panniculitis like T-cell lymphoma is a rare cutaneous malignant lymphoma.In order to improve the understanding of subcutaneous panniculitis like T-lymphoma,a case of subcutaneous panniculitis like T-cell lymphoma was analyzed and the literatures were reviewed in this paper.Combined with the clinicopathological features and immunohistochemical results,to explore the clinical characteristics and treatment,the results showed that subcutaneous panniculitis like T-cell lymphoma had strong invasiveness,rapid disease progression,dangerous natural course and poor prognosis.
