基于社会心理服务需求的中医药介入策略“1239”模式探讨

随着社会经济的快速发展,人们的心理障碍问题逐渐凸显。为应对这种局势,我国在社会治理层面提出了一种具有中国特色的社会实践-社会心理的服务体系。目前,我国社会心理服务的理论及应用研究仍处于初级阶段,缺乏完善的、可应用的本土化研究成果的展示。中医药作为中华文明的瑰宝,在精神、心理的防治方面具有独特的优势,积极挖掘其在社会心理服务方面的作用显得必要且可行。本文首次提出“1239”神志病治未病三级服务模式介入社会心理服务,从综合的、个体化的中西医结合层面防止神志病的发生与发展,探索一种适合中国国情的社会心理服务体系,进而提升民众的心理健康素质,对中西医结合社会心理服务模式的建设提供了一定的参考价值。

With the rapid development of social economy,the problem of people’s psychological disorder is gradually emerging.In order to deal with this situation,at the level of social governance,China puts forward a kind of social practice-social psychology service system with Chinese characteristics.At present,the theoretical and applied research of social psychological service in China is still in the primary stage,and lack of complete and applicable presentation of localization research results.As the treasure of Chinese civilization,traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of mental and psychological problems,and it is necessary and feasible to actively explore the role in social psychosocial service.This is the first time for us to put forward the three-level service mode of“1239”mental diseases preventive treatment in social psychological service,which can prevent the occurrence and development of mental diseases from the level of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.This paper explores a social psychological service system suitable for the national conditions of China,and then improves the mental health quality of people,which provides a certain reference value for the construction of the social psychological service mode of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
