长汀县国家森林城市建设现状分析及发展思路构建

Analysis on the Construction Status Quo and the Construction of Development Ideas of the National Forest City in Changting County

基于长汀县国家森林城市建设的森林覆盖率、森林资源蓄积量、城区绿化、乡村绿化、现有公园服务半径及休闲空间服务分布现状开展分析。在33项创建考核指标达标情况的基础上,提出建设目标和建设原则。依据长汀县实际,提出一城、五区、百村镇、一屏、一轴、多园区的六大县域森林城市发展布局,归纳了一心、一环、两核、一带、多点的五大中心城区森林城市发展布局。明晰了全县创建国家森林城市的现状和发展思路,提出了有针对性的发展布局,以更好推动长汀县国家森林城市高质量发展,并为相关决策作依据。

This paper analyzes the present situation of forest coverage,forest resource accumulation,urban greening,rural greening,existing park service radius and leisure space service distribution in Changting County National Forest City.On the basis of the 33 establishment assessment indicators meeting the standards,the target and principle of construction are put forward.According to the reality in Changting County,the development layout of six county forest cities with one city,five districts,hundreds of villages and towns,one screen,one axis,and multiple parks is proposed.The five centers of one center,one ring,two cores,one belt and multiple points are summarized.This paper clarifies the present situation and development ideas of National Forest City.A targeted development layout is proposed to better promote the high-quality development of the national forest city of Changting County,which provides basis for related decisions.
