摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,在搜集大量的在线网络评论和游记,深入研究游客对国家森林公园的旅游形象感知之上,基于旅游目的地形象感知“认知—情感”模型,用网络文本分析法探索了游客对南湾国家森林公园的旅游形象感知。结果表明:①游客对于南湾国家森林公园的整体印象以积极态度为主;②以南湾湖为中心,汇聚岛屿、湖泊等大型自然景观,具有环境优美、空气清新、景色宜人的特点;③对于南湾国家森林公园也存在景区文化定位不明确、景观元素单一、基础设施及服务等方面的问题,这也是游客对景区存在消极情绪的原因。为此,提出了挖掘文化资源、改善设施服务、加强人才培养、加大宣传力度的优化建议,以期为国家森林公园提供参考意见。
With the arrival of the big data era,a large number of online network comments and travel notes are collected,and the tourism image perception of the National Forest Park is deeply studied.Based on the image perception of the tourist destination,the tourism image perception of the Nanwan National Forest Park is explored.The results showed that the overall impression of tourists towards Nanwan National Forest Park is mainly positive;South Bay Lake gathers large natural landscapes such as islands and lakes with beautiful environment,fresh air and pleasant scenery;Nanwan National Forest Park also has unclear cultural location,single landscape elements,infrastructure and services,which causes the negative feelings of the scenic spot.Therefore,the optimization suggestions of studying cultural resources,improving facilities and services,strengthening talent training and strengthening publicity are put forward,in order to provide reference opinions for the National Forest Park.
