中枢神经特异蛋白检测在小儿脑损伤临床意义的研究

摘要 目的探讨血清中枢神经特异蛋白(S100B)在小儿脑损伤疾病中的表达情况。方法方便选取2019年3月—2021年3月该院收治的117例惊厥患儿作为研究对象,根据患儿惊厥病因将热性惊厥患儿纳入热性惊厥组(n=60);病因为中枢神经系统感染者纳入中枢神经感染组(n=21);出现癫痫症状的患儿纳入癫痫组(n=36),3组统称为观察组;将同期疑似中枢神经疾病但最终确诊为健康儿童30名作为健康人群对照组。应用免疫层析法测定各组血清中S100B的含量,并分析其与不同惊厥类型的相关性。结果观察组患儿S100B浓度(0.173±0.055)ng/mL显著高于对照组(0.116±0.021)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=5.561,P<0.05)。热性惊厥组S100B浓度(0.154±0.078)ng/mL明显低于中枢神经感染组患儿(0.196±0.043)ng/mL和癫痫组患儿(0.190±0.047)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=2.340、2.507,P<0.05);中枢神经感染组与癫痫组对比,两组患者S100B浓度数据差异无统计学意义(t=0.639,P>0.05)。结论血清S100B在中枢神经损伤患儿血清中表达水平较高,可作为临床监测、评估此类患儿病情的参考指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of serum central nervous system specific protein(S100B)in children with brain injury.Methods 117 children with convulsions treated in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the cause of the children's convulsions,the children with febrile convulsions were included in the febrile convulsions group(n=60).Patients with central nervous system infection were included in the central nervous system infection group(n=21).Children with epilepsy symptoms were included in the epilepsy group(n=36),and the three groups were collectively referred to as the observation group.In the same period,30 cases of children suspected of central nervous system disease but eventually diagnosed as healthy were used as the control group of healthy people.The content of S100B in the serum of each group of patients was determined by immunochromatography,and its correlation with different types of convulsions was analyzed.Results The concentration of S100B in the observation group(0.173±0.055)ng/mL was significantly higher than that in the control group(0.116±0.021)ng/mL,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.561,P<0.05).The concentration of S100B in the febrile seizure group(0.154±0.078)ng/mL was significantly lower than that of the central nervous infection group(0.196±0.043)ng/mL and the epilepsy group(0.190±0.047)ng/mL,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.340,2.507,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in S100B concentration between central nervous infection group and epilepsy group(t=0.639,P>0.05).Conclusion The expression level of serum S100B in children with central nervous system injury is high,which can be used as a reference index for clinical monitoring and evaluation of this kind of children's condition.
