摘要
目的探讨体外冲击波治疗(extracorporeal shock wave therapy,ESWT)联合贴扎治疗对脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者的疗效。方法方便选取广西江滨医院2019年7月-2020年7月收治的60例脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者作为研究对象,并随机分成两组:治疗组及对照组,每组30例,对照组给予常规康复训练,治疗组在对照组的基础上加入ESWT联合贴扎治疗,比较两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、疗效、Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评定量表(FMA-UE)评分及日常生活能力MBI评分。结果治疗组治疗后VAS评分为(2.03±0.61)分,对照组为(3.10±0.71)分,治疗组VAS评分相较于对照组明显更优,比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.210,P<0.001)。治疗组FMA-UE评分为(35.46±14.97)分,对照组评分为(26.16±14.57)分,治疗组FMA-UE评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.439,P=0.018)。治疗组治疗后MBI指数评分(55.00±8.20)分,对照组为(45.50±8.93)分,治疗组治疗后MBI评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.289,P<0.001)。结论体外冲击波联合贴扎治疗可以改善肩手综合征I期患者出现的疼痛与肿胀,改善患者的运动功能,提高患者的康复治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with Kinesio-taping technique applied to stage Ⅰ shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS) after stroke. Methods 60 cases of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome stage Ⅰ patients admitted to Guangxi Jiangbin hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into two groups, a treatment group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given regular rehabilitation training, and the treatment group was added ESWT combined with taping therapy on the basis of the control group. The visual pain analog scale(VAS), efficacy, Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function assessment scale(FMA-UE) score and MBI score of daily living ability were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The VAS score of the treatment group after treatment was(2.03 ±0.61),and the control group was(3.10±0.71) points. The VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.210, P<0.001). The FMA-UE score of the treatment group was(35.46±14.97) points, and the score of the control group was(26.16±14.57) points. The FMA-UE score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.439, P=0.018). The score of MBI index after treatment in the treatment group was(55.00 ±8.20)points, and the score in the control group was(45.50±8.93)points. The MBI score after treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t =-4.289, P <0.001).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave combined with sticking therapy can improve the pain and swelling of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome stage I, improve the patient’s motor function, and improve the patient’s rehabilitation treatment effect.
