正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的效果和安全性分析

Analysis of the Effect and Safety of Combined Orthodontic Restoration in the Treatment of Dentition Defect with Dentition Deformity

目的探究对牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者实施正畸联合修复治疗的效果。方法简单随机选择2019年1—12月收治的牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者共60例为作为该次研究对象,采取随机分组法分为每组30例。对照组为单纯修复治疗,观察组为正畸联合修复治疗。均随访3个月,对比两组患者治疗效果、满意度评分、菌斑指数、软垢指数、生活质量评分、牙齿功能及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗优良率93.33%高于对照组73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05);观察组满意度评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(t=23.987,P<0.05);观察组治疗后3个月生活质量评分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=14.950,P<0.05);观察组治疗后3个月菌斑指数、软垢指数评分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=4.284、5.817,P<0.05);观察组治疗后3个月咬合力及咀嚼效率均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=7.836、9.987,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率3.33%低于对照组20.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05)。结论对牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者实施正畸联合修复治疗的效果更佳,且不良反应更少,患者满意度更高。

Objective To explore the effects on the treatment of orthodontic joint repair in patients with dentition defect.Methods A total of 60 patients with dentition defect and dentition deformity admitted from January to December 2019 were simply randomly selected as the subjects of this study,and randomized into 30 cases in each group.The control group-simple repair treatment,and the observation group-orthodontic combined repair treatment.All were followed up for 3 months,and the treatment effect,satisfaction score,plaque index,soft scale index,quality of life score,tooth function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of excellent and good treatment in the observation group 93.33%was higher than that in the control group 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).The satisfaction score of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=23.987,P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.950,P<0.05).The plaque index and soft scale index scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 3 months after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.284,5.817;P<0.05).The bite force and chewing efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 3 months after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.836,9.987,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group 3.33%was lower than that in the control group 20.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect on the treatment of orthodontic joint repair in patients with dentition defect is better,and less adverse reactions,and the patient satisfaction is higher.
